Wedding Details

All Saturday weddings must begin by 4:00pm, and conclude by 6:30pm (so that the facility may be prepared for Sunday morning services).

In the event that your proposed wedding date is unavailable on our church calendar, please list additional potential dates and times you would like us to consider when we review your application. Please list up to three dates, and list them in the dates in the order of your preference.

If you have not spoken to a pastor who has agreed to officiate your wedding, our wedding coordinator or one of our pastors will contact you.

Personal Information

The following information is used for preparation for the pre-marriage process.

If you have marked 'yes' to any questions in this section, a discussion will need to be had with a pastor prior a Northview pastor's consent to officiate the wedding ceremony, and/or the use of Northview's facilities.

Northview reserves the right to recommend postponement or cancellation of the wedding ceremony if, in the course of the pre-marriage process, there are concerns about the spiritual compatibility and/or stability of the relationship. The decision will be made at least 3 months prior to the wedding date (if possible).

Premarital Sex: Couples who are engaging in premarital sex will be required to abstain until the wedding ceremony.

Divorce (If applicable): Events precipitating a previous divorce will need to be discussed prior to the pastor confirming participation in the wedding ceremony, and/or the use of Northview's facilities.

Pre Marriage Process

You are required to attend our pre-marriage process course, as well as at least two pre-marriage one-on-one sessions with the pastor who will be marrying you. These sessions should begin at least three months prior to the wedding date.

Upon approval of your Wedding Application, you will be sent a Wedding Guide, which contains further information about the pre-marriage process. Expect up to two weeks for your marriage application to be reviewed. One of our team members will be in contact with you.
